The fully-stocked wine cellar at the Owners House not only has a wide selection of local wines provided on a complimentary basis to guests; but there is also an additional private stock of award-winning estate and auction wines. Guests can take a guided tour of the cellar, and select these at an additional charge if so desired. Our butler, who has been fully-trained in South African wine selection, can advise guests knowledgeably on food-and-wine combinations.
