Breakfast Three Ways

Someone in the know once said breakfast is only worth having when someone else makes it for you!  Morukuru Family has a portfolio of properties in three very different locations and we will make your breakfast any way you like.

Starting off at Morukuru Family in the Madikwe where an outdoor bush breakfast is what we love to serve. We have invented an ingenious mobile “pizza oven” and one of our morning favourites is delicious, wood fired breakfast pizza. We love cooking safari style and our brilliant team has also invented a wholly original dish called Full-English-In-A-Pot (The art of the bush breakfast). Yum!

Down in the Cape at Morukuru Ocean House and Morukuru Beach Lodge, we like to make breakfast a leisurely affair. Take your time over a continental buffet style spread featuring plenty of choices and the freshest local produce. Chef Hope loves to create elegant yet substantial offerings all served with a dose of individuality. Delish!

 

   

At AtholPlace Hotel and Villa in Johannesburg, our head chef Scott Dressels welcomes the day with a full Continental spread as well as some original creations like his Breakfast Salad. This reinvention of a typical breakfast plate is Baked Egg with Red Cabbage & Toasted Sesame served with Spring Onion Mayo, Baby Marrow and Pickled Tomato. Scrumptious!
