What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love connecting with guests on a personal level – remembering their favourite drink or surprising them with something new. There’s something special about seeing a guest take that first sip and smile. It means I’ve done my job right.Your signature serve?
A classic Long Island Iced Tea with a twist: gin, vodka, rum, tequila, and triple sec balanced by lime cordial and Coke over plenty of ice and garnished with fresh lemon slices for that crisp finish. It’s bold yet refreshing… just like the City of Gold itself.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
The rhythm of service. Every shift is different but always full of energy. I thrive on creating an atmosphere where guests feel relaxed enough to stay for “just one more.” Also, I never get tired of someone saying “this is the best cocktail I've ever had.”Your go-to cocktail?
Definitely a Piña Colada. It’s tropical joy in a glass! Mine is crafted with rum, triple sec, Malibu, pineapple juice, fresh cream, and just enough sugar syrup to keep things smooth. Blended over ice until silky-soft… it tastes like sunshine even on Johannesburg’s chilliest days.
